We remind that on July 2, 2021, the Renewable Energy Agency (Ukraine) in a partnership with COWI A/S (Danmark), and the EBRD/GEF Programme Ukraine: Sustainable Bioenergy Value Chain Innovation held an online meeting of stakeholders to present the results of the project “Support legislative, regulatory framework for the bioenergy value chains – Policy Dialogue”.
Within the project, REA and COWI A/S experts have developed a legislative and regulatory framework for bioenergy development in Ukraine in particular, regulatory incentives and incentives for the implementation of new bioenergy projects and regulatory acts on biomass certification to ensure the operation of the biofuel exchange. Currently, the developed legislation is at various stages of implementation. We offer to get acquainted with the key proposals of experts.
