The event was attended by experts: Ruta Baltause, Energy Support Expert Group of Ukraine, European Commission, Oleksiy Goncharuk, Head of the Office of Effective Regulation (BRDO), Alexey Orzhel, Head of the Energy sector, BRDO.

The following issues were discussed:

• Market quotas for biofuel production and consumption – will they work on the Ukrainian market?
• How can the state support the development of the biofuel industry?
• What mechanisms of quality control of motor fuels should be implemented?
