Workshop and excursion for personnel of biogas complexes is organized by Accord Ltd company with the support of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine and under the direction of the European expert in the biogas industry – Michael Köttner – Vice-President of the German Biogas and Bioenergy Society GERBIO (in German FnBB e.V.) and the CEO of the International Biogas and Bioenergy Centre of Competence IBBK.
Program: two full days of lectures and the third day – visiting the working biogas complex (BGC).
The content of the lecture material will reflect the most urgent issues of the practical exploitation of biogas complexes, taking into account the wishes of the participants, in particular:
- types of raw materials for biogas production, biogas output from different raw materials, one- and two-stage process of biogas production stage, optimal conditions of each stage, methods of control and providing optimal fermentation conditions
- the preparation of biogas for combustion in cogeneration units, purification of sulfur, moisture and other impurities, the issue of exploitation of existing BGC: the use of unscientific technologies, the use of enzymes to prevent the formation of floating silage crumb and reduce the period of fermentation silage.
- the experience of using complex substrates: pulp + molasses, molasses + silos, pulp + silo, features of fermentation of chicken litter, peculiarities of straw fermentation: new trends and technologies
Within a few days, trainers will be able to ask and receive answers to their questions, as well as to communicate in a professional environment, gain new skills and knowledge.
After the training, the participants will receive certificates of their passage signed by Michael Köttner – Vice-President of the German Biogas and Bioenergy Society GERBIO in German FnBB e.V. and the CEO of the International Biogas and Bioenergy Centre of Competence IBBK.
